Orders placed with our online shop are generally delivered by DHL or DPD. For larger orders, items are placed on pallets and shipped by hauliers.
Our team processes all orders immediately, so your purchases should arrive within 1-4 working days. Where these delivery times do not apply, this will be specified in the product description. Alternatively, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know as soon as possible when you can expect your order.
We generally ship orders within Germany free of charge. Exceptions are island surcharges.
We also deliver to mainland destinations in the following countries: Benelux, Denmark, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, the UK, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Portugal, France, and Monaco. Deliveries to these countries are generally subject to a charge of €17.90 for postage and packing.
If you would like your order delivered to another country, or to an island location, we will be happy to check the options available. Simply send us an email to email@example.com so that we can reply to you with the information you need.
Damage during transport / completeness:
On receiving your order, please check it immediately to ensure that the contents are as listed on the delivery note and that all items are undamaged. If there are any discrepancies or signs of damage, let us know as soon as possible. Although we are highly experienced and take every care to ensure your purchases are suitably packed, damage may be caused during transportation. In cases such as this, we will immediately refund you for the damaged goods. However, we kindly ask you to notify the delivery company responsible immediately of any such problems. Please insist that the courier records the details before you sign to confirm the receipt of goods. Then, send us some photographs of the damaged packaging and items so that we can follow the matter up with the shipping company in question. Make sure you keep the damaged box as evidence. As a rule, it will be collected from you, along with the items concerned.
If you wish to make use of your right to cancellation, please let us know beforehand by email, fax, phone or mail.
To return items to us, please pack them carefully into the original packaging and box. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of personalised or custom-made items. Goods should be returned in their original packaging.
